Miles Noennig Miles Noennig, Chief Executive Officer
Prior to joining GSBOR as Interim Association Executive in December 2016, Miles had a nineteen year career as a real estate broker and financial officer.  Prior to that, he was a bank officer in St. Louis for twenty years.  In addition to serving as GSBOR President in 2009, Miles served as President of Missouri REALTORS® in 2016 and is a 2013 graduate of the National Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy. Miles was named a permanent staff member and CEO of GSBOR in April 2017.
Barth Fraker, Public/Governmental Affairs Director
Barth handles the relationships between GSBOR and the community, as well as our local, state and elected officials. Barth’s varied background includes music to healthcare, and events to politics, but he always puts people and relationships first.
   Allyson Russell, Membership Director
Allyson assists new members with the application process and enrollment in the New Member Online Orientation Course. She processes existing member status changes, maintains records in the GSBOR, MR and NAR database, completes transfers as well as helps those transitioning out of the business. She trains and assists members on the use of Supra Systems such as eKeys, ActiveKey’s and Lockboxes. She loves pop culture, current events, is a huge movie buff, lives for her family and loves to brag about all of her nieces and nephews!
Rachel Lambert, Membership Coordinator
Rachel helps new affiliates and REALTOR® members throughout the application and enrollment procedures. She handles all of GSBOR’s social media and member communications, and is the Staff Liaison for many GSBOR committees. She loves spending time with her family, growing her own food, reading, and getting her daughter interested in the things she and her partner love.
Diana Drummond, MLS Director
Diana manages the MLS and RETS data feeds and takes on various internal projects. She loves discovering new technology, camping and kayaking, and spending time with her new fiance, daughter, and two dogs.
 Cathy Booth Cathy Booth, MLS Support
Cathy handles MLS support with Flex, Transaction Desk/Authentisign and Supra. She monitors reported violations and checks for compliance with MLS Policy and rules and regulations, runs statistic reports as needed and orders stock for the Board Store. Cathy has worked at GSBOR for over 18 years. She has two grown daughters, likes to grow plants, reads just about anything, enjoys all types of music, trivia and learning new things about any subject.

Laurie handles the finances for GSBOR, Springfield MLS and SOMO Regional MLS. This includes collecting and depositing funds on a daily basis, paying vendors, monthly billings, producing financial reports, payroll, producing budgets and reconciling bank and credit card statements. She has been married to her husband, Ron, for 35 years and they have two children. They are members of James River Church in Ozark.
Lacey Barker, Finance and Member Services
Lacey assists with daily payments and collects payments. She also leases Supra equipment, assists with member status changes, and maintains records with GSBOR, MR, and NAR. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her husband, Craig, and step-daughter, Haley, and their hound dog, Goose. She likes being outdoors, cooking, traveling to new places, and going to Minnesota to visit Family.
