The Greater Springfield Board of REALTORS® is your source for excellence, providing the best in continuing education and designation courses taught by local, state and nationally renowned instructors.

 
Our mission is to deliver quality courses that ultimately boost REALTOR® productivity and provide essential tools to succeed in the industry.
 
Training programs are provided on a monthly basis in the Board Classroom. The Education Department offers Continuing Education courses for license renewal required by the Missouri Real Estate Commission every two years as well as bi-monthly Code of Ethics training.
 
In addition, we offer numerous opportunities for REALTORS® to acquire professional designations such as Graduate of REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) as well as professional development seminars on real estate related topics.

Latest News

The MREC requires that all licensees in the state of Missouri complete 12 hours of continuing education every two years.  Brokers must have their 12 hours completed by June 30, 2010 and Salespersons must have their 12 hours completed by September 30, 2010.
