Sylvia Derks has served GSBOR since 1995 and has served as Executive Assistant to the CEO, providing administrative support for the last 16 years. Previously, she worked in the MLS department as Assistant MLS Administrator. Lynn Gephardt began working for the GSBOR Association in June 1996. The first 15 years she worked in the MLS department as Assistant MLS Administrator. Most recently she was given the position of Education and Tech Administrator. With this position her duties will be to assist members with their education requirements as well as organizing continuing education and professional development classes. Lynn is very interested in technology and how i... [+] Lynn Gephardt began working for the GSBOR Association in June 1996. The first 15 years she worked in the MLS department as Assistant MLS Administrator. Most recently she was given the position of Education and Tech Administrator. With this position her duties will be to assist members with their education requirements as well as organizing continuing education and professional development classes. Lynn is very interested in technology and how it can help in the real estate industry. She has earned her e-Pro designation and is enjoying using her Smartphone and recently joined Facebook. She will be using these new skills by getting information on the GSBOR website and magazine. She also serves as staff liaison for the following committees: Legislative Committee and she attends the annual Capitol Conference in Jefferson City. Awards/Events Committee, she assists the committee with planning and overseeing several events annually for GSBOR. Allyson has been with GSBOR since May of 2010 assisting members with the application and sign-up process for Board and MLS Membership. She enjoys working in a team-oriented, professional atmosphere and is devoted to assisting members with all of their membership needs. Other membership duties include the assignment and maintenance of Supra Equipment as well as providing the necessary technical support and training. In addition to enrolling new... [+] Allyson has been with GSBOR since May of 2010 assisting members with the application and sign-up process for Board and MLS Membership. She enjoys working in a team-oriented, professional atmosphere and is devoted to assisting members with all of their membership needs. Other membership duties include the assignment and maintenance of Supra Equipment as well as providing the necessary technical support and training. In addition to enrolling new members, Allyson also processes status changes for existing members such as transfers and helps those who are exiting the industry as well. Prior to working at GSBOR, Allyson spent many years traveling the U.S. for a major investment firm educating company offices on the importance of teamwork, office efficiency and most importantly, providing the highest level of quality customer service. Allyson hopes to utilize that same skill set to better the service and support she provides to the Members of GSBOR. [-]

I have served as the Receptionist for the GSBOR since February 2007 and am dedicated to customer service. My position has allowed me the opportunity to know many aspects of the Association. Along with maintaining our Board Store, consisting of forms, marketing tools and supplies for our members, I assist in the Accounting Department and manage our office needs. Before coming to work at the Board she spent 16 years as Closing Coordinator, Escrow agent and Office Manager in Real Estate Companies in the Springfield, Nixa and Branson area. I provide assistance with Rapattoni and Transaction Desk, and enjoy successfully solving problems that agents may be having with the programs, so please feel free to call me if you need any help with any of our programs. Other tasks I perform include copyrighting our database with the Library of Congress, helping with the MLS Cop program to handle reported violations of MLS Rules and Regulation and pr... [+] I have worked as an MLS Assistant since 1998.
